The Night In-Charge is responsible for supervising all supermarket operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth store activities, stock replenishment, housekeeping, and staff management while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all night-shift staff and activities.
- Ensure shelves are replenished and products are properly displayed.
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams for stock handling.
- Ensure proper rotation of products (FIFO) and check expiry dates.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle operational issues and resolve staff concerns during the shift.
- Ensure all departments are ready for business before store opening.
- Prepare daily/nightly reports and communicate updates to management.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock audits when required.
- Ensure security procedures are followed during the night shift.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
