Description
Unload freight from incoming semi-trailers on the receiving side of the dock.
Reload freight into outbound trailers using forklifts and/or hand loading
Match freight to delivery manifests and confirm correct destinations
Inspect shipments for damage
Enter shipment data into the computer system
Maintain a clean and organized dock area
Remove broken pallets, sweep trailers, and maintain dock cleanliness
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Previous forklift experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and freight handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License (non-CDL)
- Standing/Walking: ~50%
- Sitting: ~50%
- Working Indoors: ~90%
- Working Outdoors: ~10%
