Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding for youth programs and initiatives
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Assist in planning and executing youth development programs
- Coordinate with partners, volunteers, and training facilitators
- Use digital tools to track engagement, attendance, and outcomes
- Prepare HR reports, program updates, and recruitment metrics
- Support outreach campaigns for youth participation and awareness
- Ensure smooth communication between HR, programs, and stakeholders
- Contribute to improving recruitment and program processes

What We’re Looking For
- Background in HR, Social Work, Education, or related field
