Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement community development programs and activities
- Conduct field visits, community assessments, and needs analysis
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, volunteers, and partner organizations
- Organize outreach events, workshops, and awareness campaigns
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and impact summaries
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Support fundraising, donor reporting, and proposal preparation
- Maintain records of beneficiaries and program outcomes
- Ensure compliance with NGO policies and local regulations
- Promote community participation and engagement
