About This Role

🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure! The GTM Manager is responsible for launching new ventures under the Snoonu brand, creating the go-to-market strategies and growth, until it reaches maturity. By leading Commercial, Product and Marketing teams through data-driven, market insights and evidence-based planning, the manager will drive launches and scaling up initiatives to deliver impactful results.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Develop and own the New Ventures ensuring alignment with company objectives and the overarching Snoonu brand
• Translate new business priorities into impactful marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention
• Manage the team with excellency in deliverables and meeting deadlines
• Act as the key stakeholder between Commercial and Marketing teams
• Create, manage and execute GTM strategies that fit each business objectives with strong KPI tracking tools

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 4 years in marketing experience
• Strong expertise in developing new businesses and executing growth strategies
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience leveraging customer insights and market intelligence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills.
