Job Qualifications: LPN New Grads Welcome
- New Graduate LPNs are welcome to apply
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Upon hire: Current LPN license (as applicable) AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers
- Current LPN license (as applicable)
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers
- CPI Certification required within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of growth and development principles, including the ability to assess, interpret data, determine patient care needs, and provide age-appropriate care
- Understanding of legal aspects of nursing and the importance of accurate, timely documentation per standards, policies, and procedures
Job-Specific Duties:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
- Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral management per facility protocols
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and continuing care
- Monitor and document patients’ physical and emotional status; report significant changes promptly
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Participate in daily shift reports and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times

- Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC Phoenix in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
