New Business Print Clerk (Onsite)

What You Will Do:

• Householding/matching policy print.
• Review and prepare policy print for mailing.
• Handle policy print requiring correction.
• Distribute department mail.
• Process returned mail/address changes.
• Handle e-mails in group mailboxes.
• Re-generate policy print within mainframe.
• Enter data from IG certificates into mainframe.
• Other duties may be added as required by the department.
• What You Can Bring:
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and various software packages.
• Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proper grammar and punctuation.
• High degree of accuracy in performing various duties.
• Ability to frequently bend and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills.
