Required Experience & Technical Skills
- **Minimum 3 years of experience**
- in
Network Performance Monitoring
- or monitoring-focused roles
- **Strong hands-on experience with SNMP-based monitoring tools**
- , such as:
- ◦ SolarWinds
- ◦ Riverbed NetIM (or equivalent NMS tools)
- **Background in Linux and Windows server administration**
- (to support monitoring platforms; not a primary admin role)
- **Minimum 3 years of experience**
- in
- Linux shell scripting and Python scripting
- Hands-on experience with
Bmc Itsm
- , including:
- ◦ Incident management
- ◦ Change request creation and coordination
- Strong understanding of
- networking and application protocols
- , including:
◦ Http / Https
◦ DNS
