Requirements

  • · Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, LACP, RSTP, IGMP, QoS, and routing protocols including BGP.
  • · Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, and data center network environments.
  • · Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, F5 Load Balancers, ASA, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, and multi-vendor Wi-Fi platforms such as Cisco and Juniper Mist.
  • · Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using monitoring tools and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.
  • · Good knowledge of incident, change, and problem management practices.
