Overview
- Design and implement robust network architectures to ensure seamless connectivity across multiple locations.
- Monitor network performance continuously, using advanced tools to proactively address and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers and switches, ensuring optimal data flow and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct regular network security assessments and implement necessary measures to safeguard against potential threats.
- Maintaining and monitoring office network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Printers).
- Configure and managing firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and Storages.
- Administering on-premise servers. (Active Directory, Storage Backups)
- Creating and managing user accounts (Active Directory). Implementation role-based access control. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintaining IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Support operating systems including Microsoft Windows and Linux.
- Management of email domain. Microsoft and Google. (User Creation, Password Reset’s, License Management, Group’s Creation).
- Preparation of Quotes and Costing (PRE-SALES) for Projects and Maintenance sites related to IT, Network, IPTV, SMATV and DS.
