Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, routing, and switching.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls and Other firewalls.
- Manage and monitor Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions to protect web applications and services.
- Administer and monitor SIEM platforms, investigate security alerts, and support incident response activities.
- Implement and maintain network security controls including IPS/IDS, VPNs, NAT, URL filtering, and access control policies.
- Monitor network and security performance, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Support vulnerability management, security audits, compliance initiatives, and security hardening activities.
- Maintain network diagrams, security documentation, and operational procedures.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, security projects, and disaster recovery activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in network and security administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
• Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- SIEM Solutions
- Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Routing and Switching Technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs)
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of network security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
