- We are currently hiring for the position of **Specialist – Recruitment** for a prestigious healthcare organization in Qatar.
- Location: Qatar
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Clinical recruitment background is mandatory
- Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and stakeholder management
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business writing skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferably local candidates with a valid QID
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Handle recruitment advertising and candidate sourcing
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment agencies
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment records and reporting
- Promote best recruitment practices and employer branding
- Candidates with healthcare or clinical recruitment experience will be highly preferred.
- Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per hour
