We are currently seeking an experienced Network Engineer for an initial contract with proven Data Center migration experience to join a major telecommunications sector transformation program focused on large-scale modernisation initiatives.
About the Role
As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and optimisation of enterprise network infrastructure supporting a significant data centre transformation program. You will work within a complex enterprise environment, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful migration outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and support enterprise network infrastructure
- Contribute to large-scale data centre migration and transformation projects
- Manage routing, switching and network optimisation activities
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and deliver performance improvements
- Engage with key stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Support project delivery, testing and transition activities
About You
Proven experience as a Network Engineer within large enterprise environments
Strong background in data centre transformation and migration projects
Extensive routing and switching expertise
Experience optimising enterprise network performance and resilience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within complex transformation programs
Desirable
Experience within telecommunications environments
Exposure to modern data centre architectures
Relevant networking certifications (CCNP, CCIE or equivalent)
