The role includes monitoring network operations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, optimizing network performance, and implementing best practices to support business continuity and organizational objectives.

- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum availability and reliability.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network security devices.
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement network security policies and access controls.
- Manage network upgrades, patches, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with system, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives related to network infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support and perform root cause analysis for network incidents.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in network engineering and administration.
- Professional certifications in networking such as **CCNP** or equivalent are required.
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies, network security, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
