The role includes configuring network devices, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting end users, and maintaining secure and efficient network operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor network devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist in installing and configuring network equipment and access points.
- Monitor network performance and report technical issues.
- Provide basic network-related technical support to users.
- Assist in routine network maintenance activities.
- Maintain network documentation and records.
- Follow approved information security policies and procedures.
Requirements
+ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience in IT.
+ Hold a CCNA or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of network devices operation and maintenance.
+ Knowledge of designing, implementing, and maintaining external networks and customer access points.
+ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
