Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience should include a combination of the following:
- o DNS/DHCP Administration o IPAM tools including Infoblox o UPS administration and firmware management o Critical Labs monitoring platform o Generator and facilities coordination o Construction project support and contractor coordination o Network cabling standards and practices o Incident and service request management o Technical documentation and change management o Cisco Wireless Infrastructure o Cisco Routing and Switching
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Cisco Network Infrastructure Administration
- DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM)
- Network Protocols and Ethernet Technologies
- Wireless Networking
- Telecommunications (Voice/Video)
- Network Security and Firewall Administration
- Data Center Operations
- Physical Network Infrastructure (fiber, cabling, equipment)
- Network Monitoring, Analysis, and Troubleshooting
- Performance Tuning and Capacity Management
- Power, UPS, and Environmental Monitoring Systems
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination
- Technical Documentation and Change Management
- Customer Service and Ticket Management
- Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking

- CCNA Preferred
- ITIL certification or achieve certification within 6 months of hire
