Role overview

Experience and qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience and at least 3 years of Netskope experience are stated.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Netskope SASE administration and operations experience is required.
• Netskope Certified Cloud Security Integrator (NCCSI) and Netskope Administrator certification or equivalent are mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Netskope CASB, SWG, NPA/ZTNA, DLP, and RBI.
• Good understanding of SASE, Zero Trust, network security, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and proxy technologies.
• Troubleshooting experience with SSL/TLS inspection, traffic steering, and application connectivity is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or QRadar and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security are listed.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.

Preferred skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Netskope APIs, scripting, and security operations automation is preferred.
• Security+, CCNA, or CISSP certifications are additional preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Netskope SASE platform, including CASB, SWG, NPA, DLP, and RBI.
• Configure and optimize security policies, URL filtering, application access controls, and data protection rules.
• Provide L2/L3 support for connectivity, traffic steering, SSL/TLS inspection, and application access incidents.
• Troubleshoot security events, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Netskope technical support.
• Monitor alerts, analyze logs, support SIEM integration, and generate operational reports.
• Manage Netskope Client deployment, upgrades, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with SOC, Network Security, Cloud Security, and Infrastructure teams; follow ITIL incident, problem, and change processes.
