Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end **Netskope deployments** — from kickoff through go-live — across enterprise
• customer environments.
• Onboard customers onto the Netskope platform, including tenant configuration, policy design, and
• integration with identity providers (IdPs), SIEMs, and endpoint agents.
• Develop and maintain key project deliverables: **Project Plans, High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-**
• **Level Designs (LLDs)**, and onboarding use-case documentation.
• Define and implement **web filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, and threat protection policies** aligned
• to customer requirements.
• Configure and deploy **Netskope Private Access (NPA/ZTNA)** for secure application access.
• Design and implement **Remote Browser Isolation (RBI)** use cases for high-risk browsing scenarios.
• Integrate Netskope with **SIEM, SOAR, and ITSM** platforms as part of broader security architecture.
• **Design, build, and execute end-to-end PoC environments** for prospective customers during the
• pre-sales stage — scoping use cases, configuring the platform, running demonstrations, and
• documenting results to technically prove solution effectiveness.
• Work alongside the sales team during PoC engagements to address technical objections and
• accelerate deal progression.
• Conduct customer workshops, use-case scoping sessions, and technical training during onboarding.
• Produce technical documentation including as-built configurations and operational runbooks.
• Provide post-deployment support and act as technical escalation point during the warranty/stabilisation
• phase.

Required Skills & Experience

• **2–4+ years** of hands-on experience in network security or cloud security implementation roles.
• Proven experience deploying and configuring **Netskope** in enterprise environments.
• Strong working knowledge of **Secure Web Gateway (SWG)** and explicit/transparent proxy
• architectures.
• Experience with **Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)** — policy design, identity integration, private
• app publishing.
• Familiarity with **SASE/SSE** frameworks and the ability to design multi-function security stacks.
• Understanding of **Remote Browser Isolation (RBI)** deployment models and use cases.
• Working knowledge of **SD-WAN** integration with SSE platforms.
• Experience integrating security platforms with **Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta**, or similar
• IdPs.
• Ability to develop HLDs, LLDs, project plans, and technical documentation to a professional standard.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network, identity, and cloud security domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging both technical and business
• stakeholders.

• Prior project experience or certifications on the following platforms will be a distinct advantage:
• **Forcepoint** — Web Security, DLP, CASB, or NGFW deployment experience.
• **Zscaler** — ZIA/ZPA deployment and administration; Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, ZCP,
• ZDTA) are a strong plus.
• **Skyhigh Security** (formerly McAfee Web Gateway / MVISION Cloud) — SWG, CASB, or DLP
• implementation experience.
• Experience with **multi-vendor SASE migrations** and platform transition projects.
• Familiarity with **API-based CASB integrations** (M365, Salesforce, Box, etc.).
