Responsibilities
- Develop web applications, scalable backend services and APIs using .NET and C#; contribute to frontend development.
- Use AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, testing, research and problem-solving, and review generated code for quality and standards.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code; troubleshoot issues and participate in code reviews, testing and debugging.
- Collaborate across the software development lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement and timely delivery.
Essential skills and experience
- Practical full-stack development experience and strong working knowledge of .NET and C#.
- Experience developing web applications and backend services or APIs; understanding of frontend development and modern web technologies.
- Good software development fundamentals, including troubleshooting, debugging and writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development tools and critically validate generated code.
- Ability to collaborate within a development team, solve problems, analyse issues and learn new technologies quickly.
Desirable experience
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot or similar is desirable.
- Agile development, automated testing or test-driven development, modern frontend frameworks, code reviews and continuous improvement experience are desirable.

A logical problem solver who can investigate issues and identify practical solutions; comfortable collaborating with others.
