Overview
We are seeking an experienced NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) Project Manager to lead and oversee complex trenchless infrastructure projects in Dubai.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in planning, executing, and delivering NDRC (Non-Disruptive Road Crossing) / Micro-Tunneling works within the UAE, particularly on projects involving RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other utility authorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of NDRC (Micro-Tunneling) projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage project delivery to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities, and stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and NOCs.
- Ensure compliance with requirements of RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other relevant authorities.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and progress reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, contractual correspondence, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead interface management activities where NDRC works interact with existing infrastructure and utility corridors.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and industry best practices throughout project execution.
