Seeking a Native-Level English Teacher passionate about helping learners become confident and effective English communicators.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging general, spoken and business English lessons.
- Teach one-to-one, small-group, classroom, online and corporate sessions.
- Prepare students for IELTS, PTE and other examinations where qualified.
- Assess students' English levels and learning needs; prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Provide constructive feedback, track progress and adapt methods to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Conduct trial classes, placement assessments and student evaluations.
- Participate in academic meetings, training and professional development.
Requirements
- Native or native-level English proficiency and excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language.
- Experience teaching adults and multicultural learners.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills; comfortable using digital and online teaching tools.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends according to class schedules.
- Professional, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field is preferred.
- CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL or a similar qualification is preferred.
Pay
- AED 8,333 per month.
