Accutree Consulting is hiring a Field Partner Manager for its partner channel in Dubai.
The role develops and manages channel partners across Dubai and is more than 70% field-based.
Daily travel is required, primarily by public transport.
Compensation
- The advertised salary is AED 4,000–6,000 per month, with pay also listed as AED 4,500–6,000 per month.
- Incentives are available up to AED 1,000 OTE, and mobile bills are reimbursed separately.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard IT vendors, accounting firms, POS dealers, and other SME partners.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through the partner network.
- Conduct product demonstrations and partner or customer training.
- Build relationships with Dubai SMEs and conduct cold visits.
- Cover Deira, Al Quoz, Bur Dubai, Naif, Karama, and DIP.
- Achieve sales and partner acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of genuine field sales experience with SMEs or channel partners.
- Inside sales- or telesales-only experience is not considered suitable for this role.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Be comfortable with product demonstrations and at least 70% daily field travel.
- Be willing to travel by public transport.
- UAE driving licence is not mandatory.
Preferred Experience and Languages
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Focus, Sage, SaaS, ERP, POS, billing, or banking solutions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT or e-invoicing and reseller or channel sales is advantageous.
- English and Hindi are preferred; Malayalam or Arabic is an advantage.
Joining
- The expected joining timeline is immediate or within 30 days.
Workplace
- Work is conducted in person and is predominantly field-based across Dubai.
