A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Strategic Planning for the HOD Operations & Sales departments to ensure proper planning growth.
- Set & communicate an individual target linked to the Company goals for each subordinate.
- Ensure applying predetermined KPI for both Operations & Sales.
- Ensure applying predetermined KPI for Call Center & M. 1st Delivery.
- Create synergies between Operations team & customer Service/ Events teams to enhance the Company service, Image and generate more demand.
- Monitors daily activities of the operations team to ensure the maximum efficiency.
- Leads, develops, and motivates the operations & sales team effectively to ensure that they achieve their annual targets and improve productivity, also conduct performance appraisals for all subordinates.
- Handle complaints that needs personal involvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Revising the Monthly Commission of the Sales & operations teams.
- Review & Control the operations Budgets (trucks maintenance & sales expenses) versus budget to ensure cost reduction.
- Reduction of team members annual leave balance as in the preset annual target.br>Ensure Safety & Security implementation & improvement in all sites to match Nestle Standards & compliance .
