A Santa Sé Imóveis, referência no mercado imobiliário de Curitiba, está em busca de um(a) Auxiliar Administrativo para integrar nosso time!
📝 Principais atividades:
Atendimento a clientes, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços (presencial, telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp);
Apoio administrativo nos processos de locação e vendas (arquivamento, digitalização e organização de documentos);
Controle de estoque de materiais de escritório e de limpeza;
Apoio no lançamento de despesas condominiais;
Triagem e acompanhamento das solicitações de manutenção em imóveis.
⏰ Horário de trabalho:
Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h00 às 11h48 e das 13h00 às 18h00.
✅ Requisitos:
Ensino médio completo;
Experiência em rotinas administrativas e atendimento ao público;
Conhecimento em Windows e pacote Office;
Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade;
Facilidade com ferramentas digitais (WhatsApp, e-mail, sistemas internos).
