Role overview

Childcare and daily routine

• Manage morning routines, including waking, dressing, personal hygiene, and toothbrushing.
• Help with nursery or preschool preparation and school drop-offs and pick-ups if needed.
• Prepare healthy snacks and meals, encourage good eating habits, and maintain nap, rest, evening, and bedtime routines.
• Plan age-appropriate activities such as reading, drawing, educational games, and sensory play.
• Take the child to outdoor activities while prioritizing safety; encourage social development, good manners, and independence.
• Limit passive screen time and keep the child active and engaged.

Child-related housekeeping

• Keep the child's bedroom and play areas clean and organized.
• Wash, fold, and organize the child's clothing and laundry.
• Wash and sanitize the child's dishes, utensils, and food-preparation items.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of proven nanny or childcare experience with toddlers or preschoolers aged 3–5.
• Good spoken English is required for communicating with the parents and child.
• The candidate should be patient, energetic, attentive, and genuinely fond of working with children.
• Basic pediatric first-aid and emergency-handling knowledge is a strong plus, not a requirement.

Schedule

• Work six days per week with one day off per week.

Accommodation and work location

• The position is live-in/stay-in in Downtown Dubai, and work is in person.
• A private room or designated live-in accommodation with full amenities is provided.
