The IT Team Lead owns cloud architecture, endpoint, identity, and IT infrastructure across business entities and leads the IT Support team.
The role combines hands-on cloud engineering and people leadership to support organisational capability and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own cloud architecture, including tenant design, identity management, access governance, and licensing across business entities.
- Lead cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including security tooling and monitoring.
- Administer ERP user access, security roles, and licensing, and support rollouts across functional modules.
- Design and maintain network architecture and hosting infrastructure for business systems and digital initiatives.
- Lead IT Support workload, ticket queues, and performance, and serve as escalation point for infrastructure, systems, and security.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of IT infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is required.
- Microsoft 365 or security certification, such as SC-300, is preferred.
- Experience administering ERP systems and using SIEM and EDR tools.
- Facilities management or other multi-site operations experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
