Leads restaurant managers and operations across multiple assigned restaurant units.
Operations and growth
- Enforce company policies and SOPs, conduct store audits, and maintain operational, hygiene, health clearance, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory and stock control; contribute to strategic planning, new business streams, and expansion.
- Lead restaurant openings and support supplier selection and pricing negotiations while maintaining quality and margins.
- Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and sales.
People and brand standards
- Act as a liaison between corporate management and unit teams, and manage headcount, workforce planning, and employee logistics.
- Coordinate onboarding, succession planning, performance reviews, coaching, disciplinary actions, staffing recommendations, and training.
- Maintain service and food quality standards, oversee menu revisions, and protect brand image.
- Implement service recovery and review VVIP reservations and guest experiences.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with premium restaurant brands; leadership or management experience is preferred.
- At least 5 years of F&B Manager experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of more than 25 employees.
- Proven expertise overseeing multiple brands or hospitality concepts and understanding operational standards and brand management.
