Multi Technician

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool, air-conditioning, and other repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
• Complete maintenance work orders at company-managed rental properties and offices.
• Record work performed, time spent, parts used, and required next steps.
• Keep tools, vehicles, and properties clean, organized, and safe during operations.
• Maintain inventory and report expenses and consumed materials to the supervisor.
• Prepare properties for occupancy and complete inspection reports when required.
• Safeguard supplies, equipment, and tools and perform other property maintenance duties as assigned.
• Attend property emergencies, including at night or on Fridays, and provide temporary solutions such as addressing water leaks.
• Represent the company professionally during all work.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role is required.
• Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems is required.
• Proficiency in basic carpentry and painting techniques is required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is required.
• Conversational English speaking, reading, and writing ability is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The technician should be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Emergency Schedule
