Landlord Relations Officer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate handovers after contract termination and support smooth transitions to landlords or authorized representatives.
• Inspect properties for damage, maintenance concerns, and outstanding issues; coordinate corrective action before handover.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, photographs, and records of keys, access cards, and other property assets.
• Conduct pre- and post-owner-stay inspections against cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and operational standards.
• Welcome landlords during scheduled stays, assist with access, explain facilities, and respond to immediate concerns or requests.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and other teams to resolve issues within required timelines.
• Keep landlords informed about inspection findings, handovers, property readiness, and outstanding concerns.
• Track tasks, follow up on corrective action, and escalate delays or unresolved issues.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation in company management systems.
• Apply company standards, operating procedures, and contractual requirements, and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications and skills

• UAE driving licence and a bachelor’s degree or related field of study.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure; collaborative approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.

Work setting

• Property inspection and handover duties involve in-person work at properties.
