About This Role

Responsibilities

  • Technical
  • Perform cleaning, disassembly, inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, assembly, and functional testing of aircraft components per OEM CMM & CRMs
  • Use precision tools, calibrated equipment, and test rigs as per maintenance data
  • Complete all work orders and technical documents accurately and legibly
  • Certifying Staff Duties (once authorized)
  • Perform final inspection and issue Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) for eligible components
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and OEM requirements.
  • Maintain personal authorization records and currency of mandatory training
  • Compliance and Documentation
  • Record maintenance actions and traceability data into ERP/MRO software system
  • Ensure component tags and part movement records are compliant
  • Report non-conformities via Quality system and support corrective actions
  • Safety and Quality
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in internal audits, quality workshops, and continuous improvement

Competencies

  • Technical diploma or degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably holding EASA Part 66 (Category B1/B2) or equivalent license (not mandatory)
  • Completion of Human Factors, EWIS, and Safety training (Part 145 compliant)
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in component MRO, preferably on ATA chapters within Liebherr’s capability
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a regulated (EASA/GCAA/FAA) environment
  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, or air cycle machine repairs is advantageous
  • Ability to read and interpret OEM documentation (CMMs, SBs, IPC)
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and procedural discipline
  • Competence with ERP/MRO management systems and quality documentation
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to operate and communicate across various teams, solid interpersonal communication
  • Ability to respond to general inquiries or complaints; ability to follow FAA standards and guidelines
