Moulder Operator

Position Title: Moulder Operator Department/Team: Production Operations Location: Onsite- Bend, OR Salary : Experienced Moulder Operators can make up to $30.17/hr. when productivity and maintenance expectations are met.

Bend Millwork has openings for both push through and pull through pattern moulders.

Straight knife operators can make up to $27.30/hr.

Shift: Day Shift Key Responsibilities: Operate machines used in the manufacturing processes to produce component materials.

Competent with hand tools and calipers Has verifiable work history on wood molders and tenoners Be knowledgeable of safe work practices and work safely.

Be dependable and reliable to ensure quality.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Good attendance.

Strong work ethic Good communication skills Willingness to be part of a team Must be available for overtime including weekends as needed To ensure a safe working environment, a pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative, but not all inclusive, of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee must occasionally move stock, materials, and unfinished and finished products in and near their work areas.

Work Environment: The employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and machines, vibrations, and loud noises.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred but not required.
