Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Video Editing Expert to work on a contractor basis.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by reviewing, evaluating, and refining interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows.

Your input will shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, making a meaningful contribution to the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows to improve content quality and authenticity.
  • Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials to provide detailed feedback to AI developers.
  • Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for clarity and coherence, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and realism.
  • Collaborate with AI developers to refine their understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions in video editing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and post-production workflows to ensure your expertise is current and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut, with experience in video editing, storytelling, and narrative structure.
  • Strong understanding of cutting and pacing techniques, audio editing and synchronization, color correction and grading, and motion graphics basics.
  • Familiarity with different content formats, including video, audio, and multimedia, and the ability to adapt your expertise to various formats.
  • Excellent communication and feedback skills, with the ability to provide constructive criticism and guidance to AI developers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and refine complex AI-generated content.
