Key Responsibilities
- Execute
- aggressive sales techniques
- to maximize conversions: High‑volume calling, Rapid follow‑ups, Persistent pipeline chasing, Strong objection handling, Closing with confidence
- Maintain high daily productivity and call targets
- Identify client mortgage needs (pre‑approval, refinancing, buyout, new purchase)
- Pre‑qualify leads based on income, employment, and property criteria
- Explain essential mortgage concepts (DVR, pre‑approval, bank criteria)
- Guide clients on required documents before handover
- Update CRM with accurate lead status, notes, and follow‑up actions
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth file movement
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1 year of UAE experience
- in mortgages or banking.
- Strong English communication (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident in advisory selling, negotiation, and closing
- Target‑driven, persuasive, and client‑focused
