aggressive, ambitious, high‑performance Mortgage Consultants
who can convert premium leads into funded cases with speed and discipline.

Who We Prefer
- Ex‑bankers (UAE mortgage experience strongly preferred)
- Direct mortgage sales professionals
- Candidates with strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, bank policies & approval criteria
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Convert high‑quality in‑house leads into meetings, applications & funded cases
- Execute aggressive follow‑ups to maximize conversions
- Build & manage a strong mortgage pipeline
Mortgage Advisory & Structuring
- Assess eligibility, income, liabilities & credit profile
- Advise clients on bank policies, rates, fees & approval criteria
- Structure files for maximum approval success
CRM Management
- Daily CRM usage with accuracy & discipline
- Log all calls, leads, notes & documents in real time
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene — no missing data
- Update pipeline stages & follow‑up schedules
- Use CRM tools for click‑to‑call, WhatsApp, email & workflows
Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Maintain daily activity targets
- Provide regular updates to clients & internal teams
- Build long‑term relationships for referrals
Documentation & Compliance
- Collect & verify all required documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE mortgage regulations
- Work closely with processing teams for smooth approvals
Performance & Reporting
- Achieve monthly & quarterly targets
- Track conversion metrics & pipeline movement
- Report daily productivity
Compensation
- High fixed salary (based on pipeline strength)
- Uncapped commissions — AED
