About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, developers, and strategic partners
- Identify and onboard new alliance and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and support
- Drive business growth through partner collaborations and networking
- Manage partner communications, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support joint campaigns, activations, and business initiatives
- Track partnership performance and maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure partners are effectively utilizing company solutions and services
- Achieve monthly partnership and business targets
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, alliance management, business development, or proptech/real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate or proptech market preferred
- Existing network with brokers, agencies, or developers is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and client-handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
