Requirements
- Applicants must be existing CAS Mortgage and Protection Advisors with broking experience.
Workplace
- The role is available as full-office working or hybrid working.
Compensation and engagement options
- The employed role has a base salary of £30,000 to £35,000, negotiable depending on experience, and OTE of £70,000 or more.
- For the self-employed option, the split is 70% on self-generated business and 45% on provided leads.
