Role overview

Working arrangement

• The role is hybrid with an approximately 50/50 split between office and home working.
• The role is available from either the Solihull or Chippenham office.

Main accountabilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and hands-on support to brokers.
• Support brokers by telephone, email, Teams, and online chat.
• Provide expertise across the network CRM application.
• Work with onboarding and sales teams to welcome new brokers and firms.
• Act as a first point of contact for adviser support.
• Assist with management information, reporting, support records, and broker feedback.
• Identify, resolve, and manage CRM system-related risks.
• Work with multiple departments to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Required skills and experience

• Experience diagnosing issues and supporting users of CRM products is required.
• Relationship building, accurate record keeping, and customer service delivery skills are required.
• The role requires the ability to work across phone, email, and online chat channels.
• Understanding of CRM systems and strong basic IT knowledge or troubleshooting skills are required.
• Experience in a financial services or IT environment is preferred but not essential.

Compensation

• Salary is between £26,000 and £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
