We are seeking a skilled
Monitoring Tools Administrator
to implement, manage, and optimize IT monitoring solutions.
The role focuses on ensuring
system availability, performance monitoring, and proactive issue detection
using enterprise monitoring tools and dashboards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring Tools Implementation
- Deploy and configure monitoring tools such as:
- Zabbix
- SolarWinds
- Nagios
- Set up monitoring for servers, applications, networks, and databases
2. Dashboard & Alert Management
- Design and maintain
- monitoring dashboards
- Configure alerts, thresholds, and notifications
- Ensure proactive identification of issues
3. System Monitoring & Performance
- Monitor system health, uptime, and performance
- Analyze metrics and logs to identify trends
- Optimize monitoring configurations for efficiency
4. Incident & Issue Management
- Respond to alerts and troubleshoot issues
- Work with IT teams to resolve incidents quickly
- Ensure minimal downtime and service disruptions
5. Maintenance & Optimization
- Perform regular maintenance of monitoring tools
- Upgrade and patch monitoring systems
- Improve monitoring coverage and accuracy
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Generate performance and availability reports
- Maintain documentation for monitoring setups and processes
- 🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- **3+ years of experience**
- in IT monitoring or system administration
