Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate quality issues over 2-way radios
  • Run offline molds
  • Report if molds need cleaning or repair
  • Maintain pour head throughout the shift
  • Put proper tilt and airbag setting on carriage
  • Enter programs into computer
  • Document any changes to process in books for specific molds
  • Attend morning huddles
  • Troubleshoot
  • Know and understand correct pour patterns
  • Look up and verify mold programs daily
  • Shut down procedure

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
