Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW Clearance.
  • Experience with conducting requirements analysis, traceability, verification, and validation, with MBSE tools preferably Cameo EA.
  • Working technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, and software engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active secret clearance
  • Experience with project management and working within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoDI 5000.02 Adaptive Acquisition Framework. Experience with ISO/IEC 15288 Systems and software engineering — System Life Cycle Processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the development, airworthiness qualification, integration, system level qualification, reliability and maintainability, fielding, and sustainment of engines, engine subsystems, or LRUs for Army aircraft. Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
  • Ability to manage complex development and engineering projects, work effectively with others, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
