The Mobile Software Developer professional developer will have the responsibility to implement new functionalities proposed by the product owner . You are part of a scrum team and with your experience and ideas, you influence the implemented solution in order it meets current standards. You work on a team, share your ideas, and help your colleagues with the aim of bringing modern and useful software to our clients. You join a team with the idea of growing with us, learn to code with better quality and in a more agile way. Your proactivity and motivation allow you to propose improvements that contribute to innovating what we deliver to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing and developing, enhancing in- house applications using the approved technology stack and governance standards.
- Responsible for estimating development tasks together with the Project Development Team.
- Responsible for presenting completed user stories at the end of each sprint.
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks on time.
- Responsible for using governance tools and processes during development and testing.
- Keep up to date with new technologies and continuously improve knowledge relevant to project needs.
- Share technical knowledge with the team and support other developers when needed.
- Contribute to defining the technical vision and work with the team to turn it into practical solutions.
- Conduct research to identify better development methods and improvements for the team.
- Be accountable for proposing solutions when facing technical or business challenges.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
- Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent hands- on experience).
- 3–6+ years of mobile development experience (Android/iOS/Flutter).
- Strong experience in Flutter with proven ability to migrate from native/hybrid stacks.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture and state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
- Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), and secure data handling.
- Knowledge of offline- first design, local storage, caching, and sync strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and secure coding practices.

- Experience with field- operations apps, low- connectivity environments
- Exposure to analytics or Azure cloud services.
