Mission of the Role

To oversee and optimize agri-business operations by delivering safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused services that support Cotecna's strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring seamless execution of agri-inspection and certification activities.
  • Managing operational teams, surveyors, and field resources effectively.
  • Maintaining compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitoring service quality, turnaround times, and operational performance.
  • Optimizing operational costs and resource utilization.
  • Supporting business growth through excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
  • Driving continuous improvement, safety, and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

  • Minimum 20 years’ experience in rice/ agri commodities inspection/operations; Qualification: Graduate.
