Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Mobile Game Developer to work on a contractor basis.

As a key contributor to the development of next-generation AI systems, you'll apply your expertise to design, develop, and implement engaging mobile games using Unity and C#.

Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, and you'll collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and fellow developers to deliver polished and high-performance mobile titles.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and gaming, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging mobile games using Unity and C# to train next-generation AI systems.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and fellow developers to deliver polished and high-performance mobile titles.
  • Optimize game functionality and performance across a wide range of devices and platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new game mechanics and features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug code, addressing issues proactively to ensure a seamless player experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and communicate technical details effectively with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Unity and C# programming languages to design and develop high-quality mobile games.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, design principles, and user experience to create engaging and interactive games.
  • Experience in optimizing game performance and functionality across various devices and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug code, addressing issues proactively.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
