Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Crowd Workers — Accents/Dialects to work on a contractor basis.

This role involves delivering high-quality audio recordings that help train next-generation AI systems by leveraging native accent authenticity and linguistic expertise.

Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform, particularly in specialized domains requiring diverse linguistic inputs.

This work is part of a growing network of experts contributing to the development of frontier AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured audio recordings based on detailed prompts while maintaining native accent authenticity.
  • Consistently reproduce assigned accents and dialects across multiple recording sessions.
  • Manage the full audio capture process independently, ensuring high-quality sound and clear articulation.
  • Accurately document session details and maintain meticulous records of audio submissions.
  • Provide written feedback on prompt clarity and accent-specific challenges to improve the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must possess a native or near-native accent in a specified dialect or language, verified through initial screening.
  • Ability to maintain accent consistency across multiple recording sessions without deviation.
  • Experience in self-directed audio capture using standard recording equipment and software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality sound quality and clear articulation.
  • Ability to follow structured prompts and provide constructive written feedback on task clarity.
