This is a six-month Mobile Developer Intern-to-Hire role focused on React Native applications and Android system internals.

Workplace
- The role is in-office in Brookefield, Bangalore.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday, with alternate Saturdays working.
- Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with possible extensions based on project requirements and business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop mobile applications using React Native and build scalable, efficient mobile solutions.
- Work with native modules and Android integrations.
- Debug issues across the application, native Android, and system-level layers.
- Optimize the performance and stability of applications.
Required technical skills
- Good knowledge of React Native and proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript are required.
- Candidates need basic hands-on mobile app development experience and an understanding of Android fundamentals, architecture, and components.
- The role requires understanding of Android OS architecture, AOSP structure, system services, Binder IPC, permissions, and sandboxing.
- Familiarity with Java or Kotlin is required.
Eligibility
- Applicants should be final-year students or recent graduates in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in mobile and system-level development and good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Additional and preferred skills
- Exposure to Android native development, React Native native module bridging, Logcat, and Android tools is beneficial.
- Exposure to AOSP, custom ROMs, OS-level customization, and system-level performance optimization is beneficial.
Internship compensation
- The internship stipend is ₹15,000 per month.
- The stated full-time compensation after conversion is ₹4,50,000 per annum.
Conversion criteria
Conversion considers performance during the internship, technical capability, learning ability, contribution to real projects, team collaboration, and ownership.
