Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics (or related discipline).
  • 2+ years of professional experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large Department of War (DoW) programs/projects, or industry equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoW Secret clearance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience producing and automating analysis tools using MATLAB and/or Python (or similar scripting language).
  • Prior hands-on experience utilizing or integrating models within the MDA Benchmark tool suite.
  • Familiarity with one or more elements of the Missile Defense System (MDS).
  • Schedule: M–F; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard / Core Hours) Work Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL (Onsite / Customer Facility) Travel: Yes, 0–10% (minimal travel as required for meetings or reviews) Relocation Assistance Available: No Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract: No
