Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance repairs. Inspect equipment for: Wear and damage Misalignment Lubrication issues Hydraulic system problems Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine appropriate corrective actions. Repair, replace, install, and maintain: Pumps Cylinders Valves Regulators Bearings Shafts Mechanical drive systems Repair hydraulic leaks and replace damaged piping. Install, maintain, and repair piping systems and pressure systems. Perform maintenance on cranes and mobile equipment. Set up and adjust equipment to meet production requirements. Operate maintenance tools and equipment, including drill presses, grinders, pipe-threading machines, power saws, and rigging equipment. Work independently or lead/support maintenance crews. Complete required maintenance documentation and reports. Follow all safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards. Operate mobile equipment and E.O.T. (Electric Overhead Traveling) cranes as required. Manage hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures.
