Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised advice and consultative sales solutions.
• Build customer relationships and support the journey from enquiry to purchase.
• Demonstrate product features and help customers make informed decisions.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining premium service standards.
• Maintain product and display presentation in the Experience Centre.
• Work with colleagues to support customer experience and store operations.
• Keep product knowledge current through ongoing training.

Must-have requirements

• Previous retail, customer service, or consultative sales experience.
• Passion for excellent customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-driven approach and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-have experience

• Experience in premium retail, appliances, furniture, kitchens, interiors, or luxury brands.
• Confidence with product demonstrations or presentations.
• CRM or point-of-sale system experience.
• Interest in home design, cooking, or premium lifestyle products.
