Role overview

Staffing and career development

• Maintain staffing databases, dashboards, and trackers; prepare staffing overviews and materials for weekly discussions.
• Help review project needs and consultant availability and coordinate follow-ups, data checks, and documentation.
• Prepare Career Development Committee meeting materials and organize files, templates, and records.
• Collect and organize performance-evaluation and promotion-cycle inputs; update consultant profiles and development notes.

Administrative and operational support

• Draft communications, meeting summaries, and announcements; respond to routine queries and escalate as appropriate.
• Organize meetings, track action items, and support follow-ups and process improvements.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports; maintain records, shared folders, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional people teams and handle sensitive employee information confidentially.

Requirements

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, accuracy, teamwork, adaptability, and discretion.
