Internship overview

Staffing and career development

• Maintain staffing databases, dashboards, and tracking tools; prepare staffing overviews and weekly discussion materials.
• Help review project needs and consultant availability and coordinate follow-ups, data checks, and documentation.
• Prepare Career Development Committee materials and organize inputs for evaluations and promotion cycles.
• Update consultant profiles, development notes, and related records.

Administrative support

• Draft communications and meeting summaries, respond to routine queries, organize meetings, and track actions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee information and organize documents, presentations, reports, records, and shared folders.
• Support process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional people teams.

What you'll bring

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willing to learn new tools.
• Strong communication, accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
